RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We use standard sizes to help you pick the perfect fit. However, if you’d like to swap your items for another size, you can return the product to us within 7 days of delivery, in its original packaging and along with the invoice.
Please mention your desired exchange item and size on the invoice.

Please Note:

  • We do not accept refund or cancellation requests.

  • Items can only be exchanged for another size of the same style.

  • If your desired size is unavailable, you may exchange it for another style of similar value.

Important (Updated Conditions):

  • Clutches and Purses are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

  • Jutties are only eligible for exchange if:

    • There is a size issue, or

    • The product is defective

    • Unboxing video is mandatory as proof. Without the video, exchanges will not be processed.

  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • No return or exchange on SALE products.

  • No return or exchange on international orders.

Shipping Delays

During festivals, pandemics, or adverse weather conditions, your shipment may face delays. We will always try our best to deliver your parcel on time.
