RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We use standard sizes to help you select the perfect fit. However, if you'd like to exchange your items for a different size, you can return them to Rifaaqatt at the following address:

Please return the product within 30 days in its original packaging along with the invoice. Kindly mention the desired exchange item and size on the invoice. You may also contact us at rifaaqatt66@gmail.com for assistance.

Please note:

• We do not accept refund or cancellation requests.

• Items can only be exchanged for a different size of the same style.

• If the desired size is unavailable, you may choose a different style of similar value.

• Products purchased at a SALE price are not eligible for exchange or return.

• We do not entertain returns or exchanges on international orders.

If you have purchased any special items (e.g., inserts, shields), please remove them from the box before returning the product for an exchange.

During festivals, pandemics, or adverse weather conditions, shipments may experience delays. We will make every effort to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner.

SHIPPING POLICY
